Booking Fee Process
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required once Inflata-Rave confirms your event date and booking details.
The remaining balance, including the $250 refundable damage bond, must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled setup time.
Please note:

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event date will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

The Damage Bond will be refunded following pack down, provided all hired equipment is returned in clean, undamaged condition and no additional charges apply.

Weather Conditions
For safety reasons, Inflata-Rave inflatable structures cannot be installed or operated during severe or unsafe weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rain, storms, or other conditions considered hazardous.
Inflata-Rave reserves the right to delay, refuse, pause, cancel, or reschedule a Booking where weather conditions or site conditions are considered unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment. Any decision made by Inflata-Rave regarding weather safety is final and made in the interest of public safety.
Where weather impacts a Booking, Inflata-Rave may, at its discretion:
Reschedule the event;
Provide a booking credit; or
Offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
If you wish to cancel due to forecasted weather conditions, at least 48 hours written notice must be provided. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and outcomes may include a reschedule, booking credit, or partial refund.
If an event must end early due to weather changes or safety concerns, any refund or compensation offered will be at the discretion of Inflata-Rave.

Council Permits & Public Spaces
If your event is taking place in a public area, reserve, park, or council-controlled space, you are responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by the relevant authority.
Inflata-Rave accepts no responsibility for fines, permit breaches, or event shutdowns resulting from failure to obtain the necessary approvals.

Delivery, Setup & Collection
Your Booking includes delivery, setup, and pack down within a standard service area determined by Inflata-Rave.
Events located outside our standard delivery zone will incur an additional travel or delivery fee, which will be quoted prior to confirmation of your Booking.
Standard collection times apply to all hires. Late-night collections, overnight hires, early morning collections, or extended hire periods may incur additional charges.
Please ensure clear and safe access is available for setup and pack down. Delays caused by inaccessible sites, stairs, unsuitable terrain, or restricted access may result in additional fees.

Cleaning & Damage
All equipment must be returned in a clean and reasonable condition.
Where excessive mess, staining, rubbish, spills, or other cleaning beyond standard use is required, Inflata-Rave reserves the right to:
Deduct cleaning costs from the Bond; and/or
Charge an additional cleaning fee where necessary.
Any damage caused during the hire period may also result in repair or replacement charges.

Conditions of Hire

Please allow approximately 1 hour for installation and 1 hour for pack down and collection.

A responsible adult aged 18+ must be onsite during setup and collection to provide access and receive safety instructions.

A standard power outlet must be available within 30 metres of the setup area.

If power access is further than 30 metres away, a suitable generator must be supplied by the Hirer unless arranged otherwise.

The minimum clear setup space required is approximately:
6m wide
6.5m long
4m high

The setup area must be flat, stable, and free from hazards or sharp objects.

Inflata-Rave reserves the right to refuse setup on steep, muddy, unsafe, or unstable surfaces.

The inflatable must remain connected to power and fully inflated for the entire duration of use.

Equipment must not be moved, altered, climbed on externally, or tampered with in any way.

No food, chewing gum, or drinks are permitted inside the inflatable unless approved beforehand.

Smoking, candles, fireworks, heaters, BBQs, cooking equipment, or naked flames are strictly prohibited near the inflatable structure.

Glass items, sharp objects, confetti cannons, or anything that could puncture or damage the inflatable are not permitted inside or around the setup area.

No pets or animals are permitted inside the inflatable structure.

Maximum recommended capacity is approximately 30 guests at one time, depending on weather conditions and event type.

Entry and exit areas must remain clear at all times for safety purposes.

Guests must not enter the inflatable during setup or pack down.

Dangerous, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

If the blower or inflation system stops operating, all guests must exit immediately and Inflata-Rave must be contacted as soon as possible.
